Abhishek Bachchan has to always put up with the unnecessary comments and trolls that come his way. Interestingly, the actor knows how to shut them down by giving a befitting reply. He ensures to reply each and every naysayer's tweet but graciously and humbly. As we speak of it, a similar was yet again seen recently when the troll said that he is still going to be jobless after the theatres reopen for business. Well, it all started when Abhishek expressed his happiness when it was announced that theatres and multiplexes would reopen after October 15 which was closed for nearly 6 months due to the Coronavirus pandemic. This news obviously elated the actor and tweeted, 'The best news of the week!!!!'
However, a social media user decided to mock Abhishek instead who tweeted, “But aren't you still gonna be jobless?" Giving a suitable answer to the social media troll, Abhishek replied “That, alas, is in your (the audiences) hand. If you don’t like our work, we won’t get our next job. So we work to the best of our abilities and hope and pray for the best." There was another user who said, "How did you get next movies after Drona?" To which, Bachchan honestly replied saying, "I didn’t. Was dropped from a few films and it was very difficult to get cast. But we live in hope and keep trying, hoping and working towards our goals. You have to get up everyday and fight for your place under the sun. Nothing in life comes easy. जब तक जीवन है , संघर्ष है।"
Not so long ago, a Twitter user had targeted him and compared AB's followers to his Bol Bachchan's co-star Prachi Desai's. The user said that it is high time to support talent instead of nepotism. However, maintaining his status, Junior Bachchan gracefully shut down the troll by simply saying that Prachi's talent is not measured by her social media followers but her work that speaks for itself.
That, alas, is in your (the audiences) hand. If you don’t like our work, we won’t get our next job. So we work to the best of our abilities and hope and pray for the best. 🙏🏽
